17 breathtaking sunset places in Bali with a map 2019

The views in Bali for nature are breathtaking. Sunsets are very beautiful and you can find many locations to enjoy this on a daily basis. In Bali there are no tall buildings, there is a rule that a building is not allowed to be higher than a certain tree. This makes it even easy to enjoy in the middle of the land. In my map, I have set the locations on the coast for optimal enjoyment of the sunset.

Map to enjoy Bali sunsets

In the map I have Beaches, Beachclubs/bars and temples. These make your photographs and experiences of a Bali sunset more memorable.

Sunsets at Beachclubs of Bali

This is a popular choice for enjoying the whole day relaxing, enjoying a drink and having the best vacation feeling you could aim for. Not to forget whenever you want, to go to the swimming pool to cool down or swim a little bit. The beach clubs are marked in orange on the map. Wait for the sun to set, lie back and enjoy the scenery.

Not far from the beach club is this sight. The Batu Bolong Temple. Old Man’s is a very nice place with a happy hour from 5 pm-6 pm. From time to time, there is also a live performance from a band to give the tunes to your sunset.

Other beach clubs listed on the map where you can watch your sunset:

  • Finns Beach Club
  • Vue Beach Club
  • Ku De Ta
  • La Plancha Beach Bar
  • Cocoon Beach Club
  • Azul Beach Club Bali
  • Oceans 27 Beach Club and Grill

Some of these beach clubs would require you to have minimum spending. It’s not all, but if it’s vacation than it’s a vacation.

Enjoy the culture and sightseeing at Tanah Lot. Make it better by also watching the sun goes down. Do keep in mind that when you walk up the beach to get a better view of the temple and sunset that the water might rise. So return in time.

The Beaches of Bali great for sunsets

They have excellent front row seats for your sunset to enjoy. Some beaches are more crowded than others. But everyone comes for that “awe” moment to view the sun going down at the beach. The coloring of the sky and clouds, still a warm feeling. Read also about the best beaches in Bali

The crowdiest beach I have encountered for sunset is Kuta Beach. There were maybe several thousands of spectators enjoying the view. If you are looking for more peace and calm you can go down below Finn Beach Club and have a walk along the beach while the sun goes down.
