Mie Goreng Aceh
This particular mie goreng, Aceh, is one of the best tasting ones I’ve ever had. So I decided to make a little bit extra work out of it by adding a few ingredients. The total cook time which includes the preparation is less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients to make it extra delicious
- 1 pack of Indomie Mie Goreng Aceh
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 green onion ( but I only use half)
- 1 Pok coy (vegetables)
- 5 pcs peeled shrimps
- 2 pcs of chili (optional to make it extra spicy)
Step 1
Boil the shrimp, when its cooked add veggies and boil it for 3 minutes
Step 2
Add noodles, boiled it about 2 minutes( don’t boil too long, if the Indomie is too soft the taste is less delicious) When the Indomie is half done, remove from the stove, drain the water.
Step 3
Put all the Indomie seasoning in a bowl, stir it well. Add the Noodles and veggies, Stir it well. Add krupuk, Sunny egg and pickle.
Indomie Mie Goreng Aceh is ready to serve ENJOY!
