Making pickles is handy and easy. You can use pickles for different dishes as a condiment on the side that adds the extra taste to the main dish. I like it on a burger, on the side of a noodle-based dish or just sometimes to grab and chew on it.
Ok so it takes about 3 minutes to make it, so I won’t write too much unnecessary text. Let’s get to it, but before please subscribe to my YouTube channel, it just takes 1 second.
Preparation
You will need the following ingredients:
- 10 baby cucumbers
- 3.5 tablespoon concentrated vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 glass of hot water
- Aromatic spices
- 2 cloves of garlic, smash and chop it.
- Some of dills leaves
- 1 tablespoon of coriander seed ( as replacement of mustard seeds because I don’t find it in the supermarket here)
Step 1
Pour hot water in a jar with sugar, salt, coriander, and vinegar, stir it well until the sugar and the salt are dissolved.
Step 2
Add the cucumbers, chopped garlic and, the dills leaves.
Step 3
Let it cool off and then put it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 48 hours.
Step 4
Test out if the taste is great. The longer it is in the liquid, the sourer the pickles become.
That was it, easy right?
